Redwick Bank collects the information needed to open and operate your relationship: name, contact details, address, credentials, device and session data, and the ledger of your accounts.

Use

We use that information to authenticate you, post activity, produce statements, detect fraud, and meet legal and supervisory obligations. We do not sell customer lists.

Retention

Historical financial records are retained even if online access is closed, for the period required of a depository institution.
